The Campus Work Control Center oversees the University's maintenance work order management system, commonly known as "AiM". We can assist campus with the following:
- Efficient handling of urgent facility work requests
- Answering billing questions
- Dispatching appropriate service professionals
- Providing training for AiM
- Checking on the status of work requests
- Resolving technical issues with the AiM system
- Routing work orders
- Processing work order charges from internal and external service providers
- Providing business intelligence reports for managers
